What is collected and why
When you contact me, the form collects your name, organization (if supplied), email, message, reason for contacting and source page. I use this information to read and respond to enquiries and to manage related correspondence. The legal basis is my legitimate interest in responding to enquiries (GDPR Article 6(1)(f)) or, where relevant, taking steps at your request before a contract (Article 6(1)(b)).
Security verification and processors
Cloudflare provides website hosting, processing of form submissions and Turnstile abuse protection. Turnstile may process technical signals to distinguish automated submissions from legitimate users. Contact messages are delivered to a Google Gmail mailbox. These providers may process information under their own applicable data-processing and international-transfer arrangements. Retention and your rights
Messages are retained as needed to respond to the enquiry and manage any resulting relationship, subject to applicable legal retention requirements. Under applicable data protection law you may request access, correction or erasure of your personal information, object to processing, or lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority.
